Sessions are arranged to suit your availability and can be scheduled at a frequency that works best for you. I operate a 24-hour cancellation policy—sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full rate.

Face-to-face sessions take place at my home office, just outside Alford, Aberdeenshire or my room in Westhill (both pictured below). For those further afield or who prefer remote support, I also provide counselling via telephone or online, working with clients across the UK. This flexible approach means you can access support from wherever you feel most comfortable.
